RecommendedI had a major melt down because my second bathroom shower would not turn off. I called Affordable and was assured I would have help within 30 minutes. It must have only been 15 and Thomas showed up at my door. He was so nice and respectful and had the problem fixed within the hour. He is a great representative for his company. I specifically requested Affordable even though it would require out-of-pocket and probably additional expense. I made this decision as I said to the Affordable people "I wanted their truck in my driveway". The technique they used for the complete replacement of my water line (I had polybutylene or the "grey" pipe) was non invasive and the job was done in less than a day. RecommendedExcellent service! I'd definitely recommend them. I had been having issues with my water heater not working properly for months. I called Affordable and Thomas came to check it out. He was very polite, professional and informative. He saved me a lot of trouble. The next day him and Brian (also very polite and professional) came first thing in the morning to take out the old and put in a new water heater. Now I have hot water again and I know if I have a problem I can count on them to help me out.
