RecommendedWater was seeping from our door sill and into and under our carpet and we didn’t know why. Friday morning my wife called Affordable Service. Bob came out and completed diagnostics before noon. He made a valuable recommendation to a leak detecting firm which came out on Saturday and zeroed in within inches of an under slab leak location. I requested a quote to convert my swamp cooler to refrigerated air. CSR was quick to send a tech out (Noah). He seemed very knowledgeable in this type of service. 2 1/2 weeks later after Noah's visit for a quote and 3 phone calls asking for a quote, they still have not responded with a quote. I ended up going with a company that was not local.

Jeff, we offered to repair or replace this very old furnace, both offers were declined. At no point did anyone "bait and switch" which would mean we’d agreed on a price for a service and then required additional payment to complete the project. That never happened. We have tried a number of times to talk with you about this obsolete furnace. I had a leak in my AC system. Although the technician was very nice & professional, I found their service to be extremely expensive. They charged $440 to locate a leak they thought "might" take up to 4 hours. They located the obvious leak in about 20 minutes, yet still charged the $440. To replace the coil was $5,000 plus and to replace the unit itself $10,000 was the quote.
